Mr. Mukesh M. Mulay was born on 21^st May 1961 in a modest, pious and a humble family. He had his education in prestigious units, namely Sacred Heart Convent High School Ahmednagar and Pravara Public School Pravaranagar (Loni). During schooling he was a avid lover of sports and actively took part in Hockey. He was a member of the Maharashtra State team that played the National level Hockey Tournament. Due to the invaluable guidance of his school teachers he developed self confidence and developed good inter personnel relations. In later part of his studies he obtained the BE Degree in the subject of Civil Engineering from the reputed Sidhaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur, which is affiliated to the University of Bangalore.   

During the important growth phase of his life he was ably guided and mentored by his father, Late Madhavraoji D. Mulay, who was a social activist and was mainly interested in the propagation of educational facilities. He was a Trustee, Secretary and later President of the prestigious educational trust / society Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj for a very long period. Due to  proper mentoring by his father Mr. Mukesh has acquired a number of good human values and skills that includes modesty, high self esteem and a positive personality. Mr. Mukesh Mulay has been a successful entrepreneur in sectors like Infrastructure and Hospitality development. Along with these ventures he has also worked for several social causes through the Rotary Club. He is also the V.President of Ahmednagar Kabbadi Association,

Taking into consideration his potential, sincere desire and active participation in various areas Mr. Mukesh was first made a member of the Governing Council of Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj in 2012 and has been elevated as a Trustee in 2019.
